The menu we will serve for Easter lunch:

• Hot puff pastry with baçon and glazed onion
  with parmesan cream
• Passatelli Romagnoli in capon broth
• Canè-style sheep’s milk ricotta tortelloni
• Homemade golden lamb chops with zucchini
  to the match and fried sweet cream
• Sliced veal entrècòte with aromatic herbs
  with potato gratin gratin
• Portuguese milk

Cost of the Menu: € 40.00 per person including, mineral water, white or red wines chosen from the proposed wine list
