  • Passatelli Romagnoli in capon and beef broth

  • Ricotta ravioli sautéed with sausage, shallots and saffron

  • Lamb chops with black truffle sauce, tomatoes au gratin with green bread and aubergine Bolognese.

  • Homemade porchetta rabbit, fried sweet cream and matchstick zucchini.

  • Strawberry Bavarian cream

Cost of Euro 40,00 per person including menu, mineral water, white or red wines chosen by the proposed map ( not included cafè and liquor ).
